1. I journal here and there. Not as often as I would like.

2. I like journaling because I am able to pour my heart out in writing and it documents a time in my life. When I journal, I don't journal thinking about doing it for myself, I journal thinking that one day my son can read my journals (when he is older & after my death!) and he can know in the in's and out's of his Mommy's heart while he was growing up. What a gift!
Dislike - I can not write as fast as I think. I try to make sentences make too much sense, so I spend more time hung up on grammer and punctuation then on spilling my heart on paper!

3. I have read some past entries and they make me remember those feelings and they have allowed me the opportunity to know that I am forging ahead! I am not where I am supposed to be, but I am sure not where I used to be!! I have not reached my God potential, but I am headed in that direction.

2-I don't have any dislikes about journaling. What I LOVE most is that I'm able to detail my thoughts, write down the way my heart is feeling to the very split second. My heart flows out of my finger tips, and often used as a way of prayer...I love it, and thank God for my hands that journal!

3-WHY WHY WHY? Funny thing is that we will never stop asking-especially when we are growing in maturity, and in our faith. We don’t really ask to get and answer-its more of a beat down we give ourselves caused by what we now see in a new light. On those rare days when I’m alone in the house, everything is done, and its raining outside (the rain always brings me to search for memories), I get the desire of pulling them (journals) out! I prepare for the journey with my box of Kleenex, but I don’t forget my praise and worship music in the background. As I open what is left of my past, my eyes read out the words that tell me how i felt and thought, a mixture of questions shoot from my mouth. Why did or didn’t I take that road or make that decision, why did I take it for granted. Lots of feelings resurface. I read of the trials I faced, my cry outs to God and then several pages after, sometimes more, I see the sun brighter than ever after the storm, I see my Praises, and the words that often fill my journals "Thank You Lord". When I read the pass Glory after Glory that shines to the Father...I pause and pray, this also that I go through today that it will tomorrow bring Him Glory.

Love you my girl - Keep journaling and then journal some more :)

Will - First of all, thanks SO much for posting a comment. And I would have to agree. The world, and the stuff that's "in front of us" sometimes can really takes us for a ride. When we start doing things on our own, we fall.....hard. But, thankfully, we are not condemned. And continually prayer and discipline will surely help us both. Love ya Bro

This is a question that i have just started to try to answer my self. I get so caught up in the world and what's going on around me that i do tend to put my priorities and things that are far less important than God and family in the front. Since I've been home ive put forth a conscience effort to make time for family weather it be lying in bed watching t.v. with Crissy or just playing hide and seek around the house with boys. Though it is tough cause i frequently fall in to the trap of doing what i wanna do, i consistently pray and ask God to help me be better with my time.
